     Marine Agency NAUTILUS is a licensed incorporated company. Having more than 10-year-old history at Ukrainian Crewing it provides qualified seafarer with employment at the vessels of British, German and Norwegian shipowners. Marine Agency NAUTILUS is certified by Russian Register in accordance with International Quality System ISO 9001:2000 and successfully passes annual external audits.

Professional team carefully selects specialists of all ranks for container and timber carriers working at various trading areas - South-Eastern Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, Australia. Timber carriers mostly work in Northern Europe.

Sevastopol Branch «Nautilus-Sevastopol» has been working since 3rd October 2006. Apart from crewing we provide consulting services and assistance in obtaining marine documents and Seaman's Book.

Existing Cadet Program allows students of maritime colleges to get their first sailing experience on new vessels. Requirements to cadets - English language k


We engage competent crewmembers to work on container and timber carriers of European shipownres. You can get into our database either by visiting our head or branch office or after filling in Application form on-line. Requirements to all candidates - English language knowledge, marine documents, age is limited up to 55 years old for rating and 60 years old for officers. Employment through our company guarantees you stable salary (additionally bonus system is provided), fitting work conditions and promotion for perspective specialists.

Tripartite Collective Fleet Agreement is signed between Shipowner, MA Nautilus and Odessa City Trade Union of Seafarers on the 25.02.2005. All crewmembers are members of above mentioned Trade Union. Monthly taxed to be paid to the Trade Union are paid by Shipowner.

Students of marine colleges have real possibility of promotion under condition of successful termination of contract in the context of Cadet Program. Requirements to cadets - English language knowledge, being holder of marine documents.
