пока не вижу никакого развода: прежде всего Вас просто попросили заполнить вопросник (анкету) и прислать вместе с копиями соот. документов. Неужели Вы думали, что за Вами сразу пришлют персональный самолет?
В конце упоминается, что Вы должны будете заплатить некоторую сумму при пересечении границы, а также, что компания компенсирует Вам стоимость авиабилета.
Им реально нужны люди для тяжелой сменной работы на буровых платформах,
